Oklahoma City, Oklahoma – August 20, 2009 – The National Reining Horse Association will make available a host of services for horsemen attending upcoming NRHA North American Regional Affiliate Finals and the 2009 All American Quarter Horse Congress in Columbus, Ohio. NRHA staff will be onsite to provide convenient and efficient member services from these shows. Reiners can complete memberships, competition licenses, NRHA Reiner subscriptions, NRHA Futurity/Derby Nomination Program payments and much more – all face-to-face with NRHA staff from Oklahoma City.

NRHA Staff will provide these member services on the Saturday of each North American Regional Affiliate Finals. Members can stop by the show office for the exact location and operating hours. Most will operate with full services for either an afternoon or morning session depending on the show’s schedule. Staff will be available on these dates at the following North American Regional Affiliate Finals: Sept. 5 – South Central in Tulsa, OK; Sept. 12 – Northeast in Georgetown, KY and Mountain in South Jordan, UT; Sept. 26 – Western Canada in Brandon, MB and Eastern Canada in Blainville, QC; Oct. 3 – Southwest in Scottsdale, AZ; Oct. 17 – Northwest in Nampa, ID and North Central in Winona, MN; and Oct. 31 – Southeastern in Williamston, NC and  Mexico in Monterrey, MX.

Onsite member services will be available October 3 – 11 at the All American Quarter Horse Congress during NRHA Reining competition. After October 11, NRHA materials and applications will be available, as well as staff to answer any questions. In addition, NRHA Outfitters will be open for the duration of the show. They will offer the latest NRHA logoed fashions and be ready to get you outfitted through the end of Congress on October 25. NRHA Member Services, NRHA Outfitters and the NRHA Booth will be open as follows: Oct. 3-7 – 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Onsite Member Services & NRHA Outfitters); Oct. 8-11 – 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Onsite Member Services & NRHA Outfitters) and Oct. 12-25 – 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (NRHA Booth & NRHA Outfitters)

Don’t forget these items if you wish to complete a competition license – Copy (original or photocopy) of the horse’s breed association registration papers or pictures of four sides of the horse if the horse is unregistered.
