09.21.07 – NRHA Members Win New Saddles in Pard’s Saddle Series

Oklahoma City, OK – September 21, 2007 – As they say with the lottery, “You have to be in it… to win it!” It’s the same for members of the National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) who want to win a brand new saddle from Pard’s Western Shop, the Official Saddle Provider of the NRHA. Qualified Open and Non Pro riders are eligible to win saddles as part of the Pard’s Saddle Series classes held during each of the NRHA Regional Affiliate Finals events across the U.S. and Canada.

To date, eight talented Open and Non Pro riders are the proud owners of a brand new Versatility saddle. All they did was enter the Pard’s Saddle Series class held at their NRHA Regional Affiliate Finals. Eight new saddles from Pard’s Western Shop have already been awarded in the South Central U.S., Northwest U.S. and Northeast U.S. and Western Canada regions. There are still 10 more saddles to be won in the Southeast U.S., Southwest U.S., Mountain U.S., North Central U.S. and Eastern Canadian regions.

Pard’s Western Shop owner Mark Butzow feels it’s important to recognize the affiliate reiners for their support of the sport of Reining. Butzow said, “We are proud to provide what we consider one of the best saddles on the market to a group of affiliate reiners across the country who work so hard throughout the year to earn their chance to win the Saddle Series class.”

The Pard’s Saddle Series is a clean slate class open to the top ten qualified riders from the Open and Non Pro Saddle Series standings from each affiliate. Points have been awarded on a one rider/multiple horse basis. Riders may compete on up to three horses that they’ve ridden in the qualification.

Go to http://www.nrha.com/affiliates/standCCSS.asp?MODE=1 to check standings in the 2007 NRHA Pard’s Regional Affiliate Saddle Series. Those who qualify must enter the Saddle Series class at their regional affiliate finals to be eligible to win!

The NRHA would like to thank Pard’s Western Shop for their generous support of the NRHA Affiliate Program.
